What decking restoration costs in the UK in 2026

If you're the one with the sander
The tiers are the sell: a tired deck the customer thinks needs replacing for thousands is restored for a few hundred. And a full restoration sets up an annual re-oil each spring — the hard sanding is done, so year two drops to the clean-and-oil tier at around £200, booked every March.
